The first stage of land layout planning in the formation of the campus of EVYAP MALAYSIA Facilities was to take decisions regarding the positioning of the blocks planned to be built in the first part of the investment. In this context, the most important design criteria were to arrange the blocks according to their functions and their relationships with each other and to leave the necessary distances between these blocks.
Another important issue in this settlement is the separation of reserve areas that will allow for future expansions or new construction on the land. In order to meet these conditions, first of all, the land entrance was created on the 4th street, which determines the northern border of the land. The entrance point and the main traffic axis connected to it are positioned according to the space needs of the truck traffic on the facades of the Factory (Block A) and Saponification Building (Block D). Thus, thanks to the line dividing the land into two, the transportation of new buildings to be formed in the future will prevent other existing functions from being disturbed, and the movement axes of the vehicles can be separated from each other according to different functions.
It is envisaged that the campus will look more beautiful and well-groomed by creating green areas between buildings and roads throughout the land, and it is aimed to ensure easier cleaning of the site by preventing unnecessary dust.
Pedestrian axes were determined in the light of various scenarios, and accordingly, transportation lines were arranged on the road pavements.
Office (B Block) and Canteen (C Block) Buildings are oriented towards the 3rd street, which is the busiest traffic axis and forms the western border of the land, and were created with a facade arrangement that will visualize the image of EVYAP Company in the most effective way.
Between each building block, intermediate roads have been left to allow vehicle traffic, and the width of these roads has been measured so that fire trucks can easily pass when necessary.
The lines forming the land borders were separated with a green band created within the land, and the land landscape was made stronger.
